Good job, 26 min thats awesome. Justin and I are doing a duathalon tonight. They are doing them at the Reid Park on mondays and wednesdays. It is 800 swim and 5k. Wish me good luck, I havent swam in a long time. I know I will be sore tomorrow

Hey we looked for you. My mom and I ran/walked it. We saw your dad. It was actually a little funny to watch my mom's competitive side come out, especially whey she ran into her brother and a few people she works with!! Sibling rivalry lives on! :-) Great job, we finished in about 43 min.
Northland Hospice 5K in Flagstaff yesterday. We ran together the whole way and finished in 26 minutes!
