Trevor has a birthmark right in the small of his back shaped like a heart. We haven't done anything to doctor it up, it just came that way! I'm sure he won't think it's funny when he's a thirteen-year-old boy and the girls think it's SOO cute. What a lover!

I love it! It looks like one of those marks you get when you use a tanning sticker. Trevor is such a sweet little guy, of course he has a heart-shaped birthmark.
I am so jealous! That is the most perfect little birthmark ever! In high school I used to go tanning and use a heart sticker to get that exact same look. What a stud!
