Spinning!

Yesterday I got my first taste of spinning! My friend Brittany is an amazing cyclist and LOVES her spinning class at the Y. She brought me along as a guest and now I am a believer.

My favorite part was spinning to the music! Our instructor chose songs with different beats and has us change our speed and resistance to match the rhythm of the music. I couldn't believe how fast the time went by! When I go running I don't wear an iPod because I like the time to think but this was a nice change and a lot of fun!

Any other spinners out there? Or do you have a different kind of exercise that you love? Let me know, I'm always up for trying something new!

Hey there, Camille! Les is a devoted spinner. I have also gone a few times...actually purchased the cushion slip-on seat from Target which helps with the comfort level. I scored big points alst year when I got spinning bike shoes for Les for Father's Day. Trevor is just so cute!!

Isn't spinning a blast! Its even more fun that you got to go with Brittany! I wish I had friends at my gym so bad! I went to a Pilates class today for the first time in about three years, it kicked my buns!

I love spinning!! I found it about 2 years ago and fell in love. It took me a little time to get the feel for it but I am committed now! The dark lighting the music, who knew I loved cycling so much? Plus, bonus it gets my legs more muscled out then anything I have ever done!
